Only 40% of our seats are allocated for online booking. Please contact us directly by clicking on the ‘Telephone & Whatsapp Booking’ button at top of the page if you fail to book online.
Kindly note that we do not accept online reservations for groups of 4 guests and above, please contact us directly by clicking on the ‘Telephone & Whatsapp Booking’ button at top of the page. Any such reservations will be required to pre-order and place a full credit card authorisation hold deposit before the booking is secured. A charge will be made to the selected credit or debit card according to our cancellation policy as follows:
- Cancellations made 3 days & above prior to booking date – No charges incurred
- Cancellations made 2 days prior to booking date – 50% deposit forfeit
- Cancellations made 1 days prior to booking date – 100% deposit forfeit
- Last-minute cancellations and no show – 100% deposit forfeit
Any reservations of 10 guests and above will be considered as a full exclusive booking subject to minimum spending, pre-ordering, and full credit card authorisation hold deposit requirements.
Please be punctual for the reservation made as we will only hold the seats for 15 minutes. The management reserves the right to classify the booking as a no-show and forfeit any deposit made if the host remains uncontactable beyond the 15 minutes allowance. We will only allow entry into the restaurant until all guests of the group have arrived.
